The only serious power brokers in Cairo (if you ignore the Egyptian people) are the army represented by the currently ruling Uttermost Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) and the MB. Their preferences, whether in collaboration or competition with each other, will have a large impact on who will next occupy Egypt’s presidential country estate.
